I am very excited about the opportunity we have to assist you with your technology in Lumberton. To make things run as smooth as possible we would like for all of you to begin using the technology work order system. The address for the site is:
To submit a work order you will go to the site and click on the blue new ticket button at the top right. You will enter your FirstName, LastName, Email Address and select Technology Work Order under the “What can we help you with?” section.
The form will expand to allow you to enter more information.
Under Site you will select Lumberton
Room/Location – Include your room and building
Extension – If you have a phone in your room/location
Subject – Brief description of issue
Description – As much detail as you can provide
Problem Device – Select what device or application you are having issues with
Priority – Most tickets will be Normal but you get to decide
The first time you create a ticket you will receive an email letting you know that your account has been set up. Follow the instructions in the email to access your tickets and check on the status. You will also receive an email with the ticket information and an email anytime there is activity on the ticket. You will receive a final email once the ticket has been solved and you will have the opportunity to rate the service. Please use this feature so we can improve where needed and give “pats on the back” when we are doing a good job.
