The Business Office provides accounting and business services for students, employees, and the general public. Our goal is to properly and efficiently make use of all public funds.

The School Business Administrator ensures the financial stability of the District by managing all financial functions in an efficient and responsive manner. This Administrator provides the School Board, department heads, employees, and taxpayers with timely information to assure financial accuracy, accountability, and justification.

Accounts Payable

The primary responsibility of Accounts Payable is to provide timely and accurate expenditure processing of invoices. This is achieved by matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, properly recording vendor invoices, processing vendor invoices for payment, pursuing any outstanding vendor credits, reconciliation of vendor statements, and properly accounting for reimbursements of employee travel and expenditures. All processing procedures in Accounts Payable are consistent with the purchasing laws of the State of Mississippi.

Payroll & Personnel

The responsibility of this office is to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to District employees and the payment of all payroll-related obligations. Personnel is a service-oriented department. Our goal is to assist employees, process payroll and insurance information, answer inquires, and resolve problems.
